Focus: Building on our positive #teambreaffy, fostering a strong company culture, and aligning our people strategies with business objectives with our guest being number 1. Further enhance the teams training skills throughout every departement.
Leadership role: Serves as a strategic advisor for leadership team, influencing business decisions and driving organisational change. A proactive and strategic approach, anticipating future needs and trends.
Business objectives: Contributing to our overall business success by aligning people strategies with organisational goals.
Employee engagement: Central to the role, with a focus on building a high-performance culture and exceeding on customer expectations. Working on employee satisfaction, engagement, retention, and performance/promotions.
Skills: a degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, along with a recognized HR qualification or CIPD membership
Salary: €45,000 to €50,000 plus performance related bonuses
