Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 12 years of experience in agency partnerships, media buying, marketing or advertising agencies or digital marketing industry, and working with C-level executives and cross-functionally across all levels of management.
- Experience in building and managing sales teams.
- Ability to communicate in German and English fluently, to support Agency executive relationships in the region.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in Agency and Partners ecosystem.
- Knowledge of traditional and online marketing strategy and tactics.
- Ability to own sales team operations across Germany, Austria, Switzerland (e.g., portfolio management, team building, KPI measurement, execution, and coaching).
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills, and the ability to influence internal/external stakeholders.
- Excellent people management and communication skills to lift, support, inspire, and grow the team and customers, with the ability to model and coach sales behaviors of team members.
- Excellent problem solving skills, with the ability to take initiative and help teams understand performance data, identify opportunities, and scale success.

- Recruit, retain, motivate, and develop a high performing team of client-facing Strategic Agency Managers to ensure improved same-store growth, product adoption of Google’s AI Ads Solutions high agency satisfaction and enhanced portfolio health.
- Deliver against ambitious business and product adoption goals, grow engagement and client satisfaction for agencies managed by the team.
- Model and coach Strategic Agency Managers behaviors, including C-level engagement, effective questioning, objection handling.
- Lead and influence executive-level agency relationships through key C-level meetings, business reviews, and industry event engagements.
- Define and co-shape the future of the agency ecosystem, help to develop the necessary infrastructure and processes, initiate and run strategic initiatives to develop new and existing GCS agency businesses.
