Ideally have at least 1 years previous experience working in an IT services/Telecoms environment in a technical support role.
* Must have experience working with some of the following solutions - VOIP Telephony, Firewalls, Routers, LAN's, Wireless Networks, Fibre & Data Networks.
* Technically adept and great problem solving skills

* Be able to communicate to different types of personalities
* Demonstrate excellent interpersonal, organisational and communication skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
