Experienced workshop manager to play a critical roll in the day to day running of our busy workshop
- The successful candidate will be overseeing the daily operations of the service department.
- Responsible for managing a team of technicians, including job scheduling, and allocating all jobs to technicians.
- Scheduling repairs through our booking system, opening job cards, and invoicing workshop jobs
- Taking all calls for service and workshop.
- Maintain accurate records of repairs, labour hours and parts used.
- Ensuring that the workshop is clean, organised and well maintained.
- Managing and tracking the performance of the workshop and its technicians, including productivity, customer satisfaction and profitability.
- Can work under pressure and has excellent problem solving skills.
- Experience in managing staff.
- 2 years minimum experience required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: €48,000.00-€55,000.00 per year
