Care Supervisor duties + responsibilities
Duties & Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Ensure efficient and effective management of carer rosters, carer development and
overall carer welfare with the support of your Manager.
- Monitor all daily activities with a strong emphasis on compliance for both client's
and carers.
- Take any action required under your remit and escalate as needed.
- Drive around to take staff to locations of work.
- Communicate closely with the manager regarding Scheduling, Client Care and HSE
communication.
- Ensure Client Quality Assurance reviews are carried out and recorded in line with
Fikados Care Standards.
- Flexibility to take responsibility for all reasonable duties that support the provision
of the highest level of care by Fikados Care, including covering calls as service
delivery is a priority.
- Conducting care supervision visits across diverse practice environments
- Ensuring precise upkeep of supervision documentation
- Engaging in care activities as an integral component of the supervision procedure
- Adopting a best practice methodology in customer care
- Evaluating customer requirements, formulating care plans, and establishing case setups
Requirements
- QQI Level 6 Health Services Supervisory Management Skills (or higher)
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in Home Care or Community Care Sector
- Full driving license and access to a care
- Knowledge of One touch IT system
Supervisory or Management role
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Well organised and process driven
- Effective time management skills

Pay: €18.00-€22.00 per hour
