Summary of duties are as follows:
To be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience.
To handle guest check-in and check-out, manage reservations, answer phones, and provide information about the hotel and local area.
Assist with administrative tasks, manage guest requests, and process payments.
