Hotel Receptionist – Brook Lodge Hotel, Killarney
We’re looking for a friendly and organised Hotel Receptionist to join our team at the Brook Lodge Hotel, right in the heart of Killarney. If you enjoy working with people, have great communication skills, and like being the go-to person for guests, this could be the perfect role for you.
What you’ll be doing:
- Welcoming guests with a warm smile at check-in/check-out
- Handling room bookings and reservations
- Answering phone calls, emails, and guest queries
- Giving tips on local attractions and things to do in Killarney
- Supporting other departments (housekeeping, management) to make sure guests have a great stay
- Taking payments and keeping reception tidy and professional
What we’re looking for:
- Someone friendly, professional, and great with people
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable using booking systems and computers (training provided)
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is a bonus, but not required
- Flexible for shifts, including evenings and weekends
