Responsibilities include:
-Knowledge & Understanding of all guest facilities
-Superior guest satisfaction
-Checking in all guests swiftly and efficiently whilst up-selling facilities
-Checking out all guests following up on individuals feedback
-Handling Telephone queries in a timely & prompt professional manner
-Handle Restaurant/Dining Reservations
-Take Function enquiries
-Ensure cleanliness of front desk & reception areas at all times
