We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Accommodation Assistant to join our team and ensure that our rooms and public areas are maintained to the highest standard.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean and service guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas to the highest standards.
- Ensure all guest amenities and supplies are replenished as required.
- Maintain a keen eye for detail in inspecting rooms for any maintenance or cleanliness issues.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations and hotel policies.
- Handle guest requests efficiently and courteously.
- Work collaboratively with the accommodation and housekeeping team to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Report lost property and any room discrepancies to the supervisor.
- Assist in laundry duties as needed.
- Ensure all cleaning equipment and materials are used properly and stored securely.
Requirements
- Previous experience in housekeeping or accommodation services is preferred but not essential.
- Excellent attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication and time-management skills.
- Flexibility to work weekends and bank holidays as required.
- A friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude.
- Conducting Deep Cleans of rooms and hotel facilities.
