Sixt Ireland is an Irish owned and operated franchise of Sixt rent a car, one of the longest established car rental companies in the world. Sixt rent a car has been in operation since 1912.
We are currently looking for a Customer Service Assistant to join our team on a fixed term basis until September. Duties will include:
- Delivering excellent levels of customer service by phone, email, social media, internal survey or any other relevant channels
- Responsibility for monitoring in bound Customer Services queries, and responding in a timely and professional manner
- Answer phone calls and deal with customer queries coming through to the Customer Services phone line
- Invoice control, processing payment transactions and refunds
- Handling of paperwork and general administrative duties
- Auditing and reporting as required
- Any other duties as required by your Line Manager
Role Requirements:
- Experience in a call centre/customer service environment is essential, and previous experience working with a CRM system beneficial.
- Knowledge of the car rental industry is desirable.
- A proactive, customer-focused person, with strong written and verbal communication skills, and proven problem solving skills.
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with a focus on attention to detail
- Fluency in English required, other languages beneficial
- Full B driving licence, preferred but not required
