Location: Offices Based in Maynooth, work will be on the Road in Mainly leinster area.

Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Industrial Cleaning Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in industrial cleaning, particularly in window cleaning systems, power washing, and carpet cleaning. Training will be provided on specific cleaning systems as part of the role. Flexibility and a team-oriented approach are key, as you may also be required to assist with sick calls or holiday cover for general cleaning duties when needed.
This part-time role requires a minimum of 20 hours per week, with the possibility of additional hours during busier periods. Working days will vary, and you must be available Monday to Saturday. A weekly roster will be provided in advance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Window Cleaning Systems: Operate and maintain window cleaning equipment to ensure high standards of cleanliness for commercial and industrial properties.
- Power Washing: Perform power washing services for exterior surfaces, such as walls, pavements, and other areas as needed.
- Carpet Cleaning: Use industrial carpet cleaning equipment to clean carpets in various commercial or industrial settings.
- General Cleaning Support: Assist the general cleaning team with stock drops, cover cleaning, and deep cleaning tasks as needed.
- Sick/Holiday Cover: Assist with covering sick calls and holiday cover for the general cleaning team when required.
- Health and Safety: Ensure all work is completed in compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Equipment Maintenance: Keep cleaning equipment in good working condition and report any issues promptly.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience in industrial cleaning, particularly in window cleaning systems, power washing, and carpet cleaning.
- Full, clean driving license is required, as travel between locations may be necessary.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including Monday to Saturday.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high cleaning standards.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team when required.
- Good communication skills and a professional attitude.
- Training will be provided on cleaning systems used.
