Are you an experienced personal lines professional with a passion for delivering excellent service? We’re looking for a Customer Service Advisor – Personal Lines to join our Sligo-based team. As a Customer Service Advisor – Personal Lines, you will support customers across a wide range of products—motor, home, farm, van, health, and marine—ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and care. You’ll manage renewals, queries, and adjustments, while helping drive growth through cross-selling opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage personal lines queries and mid-term adjustments in line with client needs
- Promote and generate new business across all personal lines classes
- Support the annual renewal process to maximise retention
- Identify cross-sell opportunities through proactive customer engagement
- Deliver a high-quality service both in person and by phone
- Maintain compliance with CBI, CPC, GDPR and internal company policies
- Provide general administrative support for personal lines business
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in a personal insurance environment (essential)
- APA qualified, or working towards qualification (desirable)
- Strong customer focus and excellent communication skills
- A proactive, team-oriented approach with high attention to detail
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, office-based setting
