Job Description.
- Make outbound calls to existing and prospect customer on behalf of our business daily.
- Respond to and target prospects through tele-sales activities.
- Create prospect lists based direct mail campaigns, online and other marketing leads, to specific market segments determined by Sales Manager.
- Meet productivity and activity targets set in our goals.
- Understand our market and stay up to date with relevant details (clients, competitors, business trends, new business opportunities) to optimize in our market sectors.
- Complete and submit daily/weekly/monthly reports as required.
- Promote company products internally and externally, and deliver an excellent Customer experience
- Update social media pages weekly and update web shop when required
- Create a good working relationship with customers and retain customer loyalty.
- Strong believer in customer care, ensuring they receive the best experience from the Conecto team
- Be passionate for sales and driven to meeting targets.
General Skills
- Previous service or retail experience
- Be organised, accurate and have excellent attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent computer skills with Microsoft office suite
- Ability to act on your own initiative as well as part of a team

Pay: €28,000.00-€35,000.00 per year
