With a focus on excellent customer service, we are looking for a Trainee Sales Executive to join our friendly team due to expansion of the business.
The Role:
We're offering an exciting opportunity for a Trainee Sales Executive to join our team. You'll bring your proven ability to sell, and we'll train you in our products and services. Your role will focus on brining in new customers, building strong client relationships, and generating consistent hire revenue.
You'll be given the tools, training, and support to quickly get up to speed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage new business opportunities in the related sectors
- Generate and follow up sales leads and enquiries
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and exiting clients
- Work to agreed KPIs, sale targets, and growth sales
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience in sales role (e.g., B2B, telesales, field sales, car sales)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- A goal-focused, self-motivated attitude
- Confident in speaking with customers and decision-makers
