Position Summary
Our Irish Field Service Team currently includes four Field Service Engineers (FSEs), operating across both Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland. With a new legal entity established in ROI and a robust business case in place, we're entering a pivotal growth phase.
As Ireland Service Manager, you will play a key leadership role—60% focused on daily operational management and 40% on business development and strategic expansion within ROI.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- First-line team leadership and performance management
- Operational excellence in field service delivery
- Financial oversight of team-related costs and KPIs
- Strong customer focus and service business development
- Drive continuous improvement and ensure QHSE compliance
About You:
Qualifications & Experience:
- Engineering/Maintenance Qualification (Mechanical/Electrical/Manufacturing)
- 2+ years in a line management role
- Experience with Material Handling Equipment or related fields
- IOSH/SMSTS/SSSTS or equivalent H&S Certification
Skills & Knowledge:

Strong Leadership, Team-building and coaching skills
- Commercial Awareness and client-facing experience
- CMMS and Microsoft Office Proficiency
- Valid Driving Licence
- Familiarity with business practices across ROI and NI

40hr contract (Monday to Friday, 08:30 to 17:00hrs)
