We are looking for a capable resource to coordinate, ranging from simple activities to more complex plans. This role will provide onsite/ on-call assistance to end-users within the organisation’s desktop computing environment in a timely and accurate fashion to ensure optimal service delivery.
Job Description:
We are looking for a Deployment Engineer to assist with the rollout and refresh of Windows and Apple
(iPhone) devices.
- Deploy and set up Windows laptops/desktops and Apple iPhones.
- Assist with basic configuration, account setup, and email access.
- Ensure all devices are properly labeled and recorded.
- Support end-users during the handover process.
- Collect old devices and ensure proper documentation.
- Troubleshoot basic hardware/software issues on-site.
Requirements:
- Experience with Windows OS and Apple (iOS) devices.
- Basic knowledge of user account setup and email configuration.
- Good communication and customer support skills.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
- Physically able to handle and move IT equipment.
Job Type: Contract (3 – 4 Months)
