IT Technician
We’re growing fast, and so are our tech needs. We’re looking for an IT Technician who knows their stuff, keeps cool under pressure, and doesn’t mind helping people who still think “the cloud” is weather-related.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Day-to-day IT support: laptops, networks, accounts, and general confusion.
- Onboarding setups for new staff — hardware, software, and logins that work the first time.
- Supporting basic issues across our website and app — bugs, errors, the classics.
- Liaising with developers when something’s broken and outside your realm of care.
- Automating repetitive tasks and processes so we don’t keep asking, “Did someone do that?”
- Keeping our hardware, software, and digital tools up to date and functioning.
- Managing devices, accounts, and systems like someone who prefers order over chaos.
What You’ll Need
- Solid IT support experience — you know your way around systems and don’t panic easily.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (Google Workspace, etc.) and basic troubleshooting for web/app platforms.
- Some exposure to automation tools (Zapier, scripts, etc.) or at least an interest in never doing the same task twice.
- Clear communicator. Can explain tech to non-tech people without making it weird.
- Comfortable juggling priorities without needing constant hand-holding.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: €14.50 per hour
Expected hours: 25 per week
