RCH Facility Services is looking for a skilled maintenance technician to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in general property maintenance, repairs, and upkeep.
Responsibilities:
- Carry out general maintenance and repairs across residential properties
- Respond to tenant maintenance requests in a timely manner
- Conduct inspections and identify necessary repairs
- Coordinate with contractors and suppliers when needed
- Ensure properties are kept in excellent condition
Requirements:
- Experience in property maintenance, handyman services, or a related field
- Knowledge of plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, and general repairs
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- A full driver’s license is a plus
