What you will do
Reporting to Global Creative’s Head of Design, you will support the creation of print and digital assets across Johnson Controls’ marketing and brand initiatives. You’ll work within established templates and brand guidelines, while developing your design skills and understanding of the business.
How you will do it
Deliver creative tasks using existing templates (including PowerPoint) with precision and consistency.
Stay up to date with brand guidelines and use the Brand Portal effectively.
Ask questions and seek guidance to build understanding of Johnson Controls’ products and terminology.
Participate in project briefings and contribute ideas where appropriate.
Maintain organized files and update Wrike with task progress.
Support senior designers on larger projects by preparing assets and layouts.
What we look for:
Up to 2 years of design experience (internships or freelance welcome).
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (especially InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
Strong attention to detail and eagerness to learn.
Ability to follow direction and work collaboratively.
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
Interested in solving problems and seeing things through to completion.
Clearness in written and spoken communication.
Preferred:
Bachelor’s degree in graphic or communication design, digital media, visual communication or related field.
