- Assist customers and trade clients with parts enquiries in person, online, and by phone.
- Process parts orders and manage goods inwards/outwards.
- Maintain accurate stock records and handle inventory efficiently.
- Support the Parts team in day-to-day operations and ensure excellent customer service.
What we're looking for:
- Enthusiastic, motivated, and willing to learn.
- Reliable, punctual, and well-presented.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Fluent in English.
- Technical or motor industry knowledge is an advantage but not essential.
