Kitchen Manager – Full-Time
We’re looking for an experienced Kitchen Manager / Lead Cook to lead our team at Yeah Burgr Maynooth. You’ll be responsible for smooth daily operations, food quality, and team performance in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead day-to-day kitchen operations
- Ensure consistent food quality and portion control
- Manage stock, ordering, and prep systems
- Enforce HACCP and food safety standards
- Train, support, and manage kitchen staff
- Collaborate with FOH and senior management
Requirements:
- Proven experience in kitchen management or senior chef role
- Strong leadership and organisational skills
- Calm under pressure with a focus on quality
- Full understanding of HACCP procedures
- Flexible availability, including evenings/weekends

Line Cooks – 2 Full-Time Roles
We’re also hiring two full-time line cooks – no experience needed. Full training will be provided, and you’ll learn everything on the job.
- €13.50 – €15.00 per hour (DOE) + tips
