Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Kitchen Porter to assist in maintaining the cleanliness and efficiency of our kitchen. The ideal candidate will be a team player who can work well in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Wash and clean kitchen equipment, utensils, and dishes
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and storage areas
- Assist chefs with basic food preparation tasks when needed
- Dispose of waste and follow proper recycling procedures
- Ensure all supplies are stocked and organized
- Follow health and safety regulations at all times
Requirements:
- No experience required, but previous kitchen experience is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Good teamwork and communication skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
