The ideal candidate will be flexible with a can-do attitude, being open to working alongside the Head Chef and driving the business forward. Ability to work within a positive team orientated atmosphere.
Candidate must me 20 years old or above
Candidate must be available Thursday - Sunday 2pm - 9.30pm (may vary)
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Assist in all sections of the kitchen and to ensure smooth running of same
- To provide assistance to the Head Chef in maintaining hygiene.
- Adhering to the rules of Health and Safety
- To ensure all areas are clean and tidy at all time
- Detailed knowledge of HACCP
- To assist in other areas when required.
- Must be flexible with working weekends
- Must have good communication and interpersonal skills
