Land Rover Product Specialist – Tasks & Responsibilities

Customer Experience & Vehicle Handovers

• Deliver exceptional vehicle handover experiences, ensuring customers are fully familiar with the features, controls, and technology of their new Land Rover.
• Tailor each handover to reflect Land Rover’s Modern Luxury ethos, offering a premium, personalized, and seamless transition into vehicle ownership.
• Conduct pre-delivery inspections to confirm vehicle presentation and readiness.
• Provide post-handover support, including follow-up calls or digital check-ins to address customer questions and ensure satisfaction.

Brand Representation & Standards

• Uphold and embody Land Rover’s Modern Luxury brand values in all customer and internal interactions.
• Maintain an immaculate showroom and delivery area that reflects the prestige and sophistication of the Land Rover brand.
• Stay updated on current and upcoming Land Rover products, technologies, and services to act as a knowledge authority within the dealership.

Vehicle Administration

• Manage all vehicle administration tasks, including registration, documentation checks, and compliance with legal and brand requirements.
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of vehicle invoicing, finance documents, and delivery paperwork.
• Coordinate with the sales and finance teams to ensure a smooth administrative flow from sale to delivery.
• Maintain up-to-date records in internal systems (Eg Keyloop)

Internal Coordination

• Support the sales team with vehicle-related queries, test drives, and product demonstrations.
• Provide feedback on customer experiences and suggest improvements to enhance the handover process.

Compliance & Quality Control

• Ensure all vehicles meet brand quality standards and legal requirements before delivery.
• Adhere to all Health & Safety and Data Protection policies during customer interactions and administrative work.
