Job Description: Legal Secretary/Executive (Litigation/Personal Injury)

We are currently seeking a Legal Secretary/Executive to join our Litigation & Personal Injury team, playing a key role in progressing client matters and supporting solicitor-led outcomes with confidence and care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research and prepare files for solicitor completion
- Draft legal documents for solicitor review and sign-off
- Progress files independently, applying sound legal judgment and discretion
- Liaise with clients, update on file progress, and ensure a positive client experience
- Maintain accurate time recording and assist with interim billing processes
- Collaborate in hearing and settlement preparation (bundles, reports, etc.)
- Ensure compliance with GDPR, AML, Lexcel, and Law Society standards
- Support the development of junior staff and contribute to continuous team improvement
- Uphold strict confidentiality and firm policies at all times
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Law Degree or Diploma in Legal Studies (Irish Institute of Legal Executives recognised)
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in litigation or personal injury legal support
- Strong Microsoft Office skills and experience with case management systems (LEAP advantageous)
- Excellent communication, organisation, and client service skills
