Overview:
Comer Group Ireland are seeking an enthusiastic and proactive Lettings and Digital Marketing Co-ordinator to join our team in Dunboyne. This hybrid role combines property lettings administration with the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator, detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and passionate about both real estate and digital engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Lettings Co-ordination:
- Liaise with Lettings Director and tenants to schedule viewings, conduct referencing checks, and manage lease documentation.
- Manage rental property listings across various online platforms (e.g., Daft.ie, company website).
- Handle all lettings-related enquiries professionally and efficiently.
- Ensure properties meet compliance standards (e.g., RTB & utility registrations, BER certificates, insurance, etc.).
- Lease management - including generating leases for new tenants and arranging the necessary signature and deposit and rental payments.
- Maintain accurate records of tenancy agreements, deposit receipts, and communications.
- Support the Lettings Director to ensure service excellence across the board.
- Coordinate move-ins, move-outs, and key handovers.
- Ad hoc tasks as required
Digital Marketing:
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to promote properties and enhance brand awareness.
- Manage and grow social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
- Create content including property photography, virtual tours (Matterport), blog posts, and video marketing.
- Update and maintain the company website with new listings and news updates.
- Monitor and report on marketing campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and Meta Business Suite.
- Design and distribute newsletters / brochures or email campaigns to potential clients and tenants.
- Support SEO efforts and online reputation management.
Desirable Qualifications / Proficiencies (advantageous but not mandatory):
- Degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, Business, or Real Estate.
- RTB training or certification (advantageous but not mandatory).
- Experience using property management systems or CRM tools (e.g., Letman, Acquaint, Salesforce).
- Previous experience in lettings, property management, or real estate (1-2 years preferred).
- Digital marketing or social media management experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise.
- Proficiency in marketing tools (e.g., Canva, Mailchimp, Meta Ads Manager).
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (e.g., Photoshop, Premiere Pro, etc).
- Knowledge of property legislation in Ireland is a plus (e.g., Residential Tenancies Act).
- A full, clean driving licence (preferred if inspections or viewings are involved).
