Description
Help clients plan for the future — and make a meaningful impact today.
Are you passionate about helping people navigate life’s biggest financial decisions — especially as they approach retirement?
We’re looking for a passionate and experienced Client Portfolio Manager to join our WTW Life & Pensions Business in Financial Planning team – a close-knit group committed to helping individuals make confident, informed decisions about their financial future.
In this role, you’ll play a key part in delivering both new and ongoing advisory support to clients, sourced through our Financial Advisory team, as well as those from our extensive legacy client book. You’ll work across the Retirement business, guiding members through the transition to retirement and helping them feel confident, informed, and secure about the road ahead. This is more than just pensions. You'll also be advising on protection and investment policies, ensuring holistic, tailored solutions for clients with specific needs. In addition to client work, you’ll have the chance to influence broader initiatives, shaping how we deliver financial wellbeing across the business.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives on making real connections, understands the nuances of retirement planning, and enjoys delivering strategic, client-centered solutions.
If you have the technical expertise, a warm and consultative style, and the desire to shape how we support clients at every step of their journey — we’d love to hear from you.
The Role
- Building trusted relationships with clients and helping them make well-informed decisions on pensions, protection, and investment products.
- Collaborating across teams to deliver joined-up advice that supports long-term financial wellbeing.
- Contributing to key Financial Planning projects that shape the way we serve our clients and grow our offering.
- Providing clear, personalised financial advice to existing clients, focused on enhancing their long-term security and wellbeing.
- Partnering with internal Retirement teams to deliver meaningful guidance to members approaching retirement.
- Leading and managing project delivery for Bulk Member Exercises, ensuring a high standard of engagement and execution.
- Creating impactful webinar content and collaborating across teams to deliver engaging sessions.
- Driving the growth and delivery of our Financial Wellness offering, working closely with our cross-functional wellness teams.
At WTW, we trust you to know your work and the people, tools and environment you need to be successful. The majority of our colleagues work in a ”hybrid” style, with a mix of remote, in-person and in office interactions dependent on the needs of the team, role and clients. Our flexibility is rooted in trust and “hybrid” is not a one-size-fits-all solution. We understand flexibility is key to supporting an inclusive and diverse workforce and so we encourage requests for all types of flexible working as well as location-based arrangements. Please speak to your recruiter to discuss more.
