About the Role
As an Operations Executive, you will help ensure the smooth running of our warehouse, production, and fulfilment functions. You will also play a key role in managing purchasing and stock control activities.
This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone who wants to be involved in the operational heartbeat of a growing brand, with plenty of room to develop and take on more responsibility over time.
Key Responsibilities
- Stock & Inventory Management – Monitor inventory levels, conduct stocktakes, and ensure efficient stock rotation.
- Order Fulfilment Oversight – Coordinate and support the fulfilment process, ensuring orders are picked, packed, and dispatched accurately and on time. Assist the fulfilment team during peak periods if needed.
- Purchasing & Supplier Coordination – Place and track supplier orders, and ensure timely restocking of raw materials and packaging supplies.
- Logistics – Liaise with couriers, generate postage labels, and manage outbound shipping.
- Production Monitoring – Track production flow and ensure daily targets and deadlines are met.
- Production Planning Support – Assist the production team in planning daily workloads, preparing materials, and aligning schedules with order fulfilment.
- Quality Control – Ensure all outgoing orders meet packaging and product quality standards.
- Customer Support – Respond to queries regarding orders, deliveries, and timelines.
- Process Improvement – Identify opportunities to streamline operations, improve supplier performance, or enhance fulfilment workflows.
- Team Collaboration – Work closely with warehouse and production staff to maintain efficient daily operations.
- Reporting & Documentation – Keep accurate records of inventory movements, supplier orders, and shipping logs.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in operations, logistics, purchasing, or warehousing (preferred but not essential)
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer systems
- A proactive, problem-solving attitude with the ability to work independently
- Effective communication and time-management skills
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, hands-on working environment
