This is a fantastic opportunity to work across most aspects of the Listing business, providing you with a broad base of experience from which to build a career in listings. You will be trained and gain hands on experience whilst also adapting your skills to the below responsibilities. This is a fast paced, volume driven business. It’s a wonderful opportunity for the successful candidate.
Key Responsibilities
Billing and all billing related items:- Assist with issuing all invoices and ensure they are sent to client via our accounts team.
- Coordinating with other departments internally to ensure all information captured on invoices.
- Obtaining matter codes when needed.
- Investigate invoice queries as they become due.
- Liaising and dealing with internal queries on invoicing.
- Assist with Euronext Dublin and Central Bank reconciliation on a monthly basis.
- Assist with internal reconciliations between our accounts team and listing team.
- Ensuring timely billing on all transactions and assisting all team member in this regard.
- Assist with getting downloads done by ensuring correct information is catered for in the systems.
- Assisting in the KYC process internally for new client set up – full training provided.
Other:
- Maintaining spreadsheets to ensure services are provided in a co-ordinated, streamlined and efficient manner.
- Participating in projects to improve efficiency of services already provided.
- Supporting the team with varied ad hoc queries and tasks.
- Assisting with some travel arrangements and diary appointments.
- Organising meetings and assisting with meeting agendas.
- Work closely will all team colleagues to achieve the above.
