Conlans Jaguar Land Rover is looking for a proactive and organised person to manage showroom duties, support sales team and handle key admin tasks.
Key Roles
Welcome customers in person and by phone
Maintain showroom cleanliness and supplies
Manage daily cash/visa transactions and bank lodgments
Process payments and reconcile credit cars statements
Handle vehicle registrations and ownership changes using Kerridge, ROS and IDOCS
Liaise with Accounts, Sales & Parts Department for registration documents.
Skills Needed
Strong organisational and multitasking skills
Familiarity with system like Kerridge ,Swirl, Idocs and ROS
Comfortable with Excel and administrative processes
Job Type: Full-time
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Newbridge, CO. Kildare: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
