A Day in the Life
As a Business Partner for L’Oréal Professional Products Division, you’ll be at the heart of the professional hair industry, working with iconic brands like L’Oréal Professionnel, Kérastase, Redken, and Matrix. You’ll develop and own your business plan for your customer portfolio, inspiring stylists and creating desirability among consumers.
Here’s what you’ll be doing:
- Client Relationship Management: Build exceptional relationships with your accounts, blending face-to-face and virtual meetings to deliver a fast go-to-market strategy.
- Business Planning & Execution: Develop and execute comprehensive business plans, including revenue, market share, and trade marketing strategies.
- Growth Opportunities: Conduct client needs assessments, identify new business opportunities, and drive growth across your area.
- Data-Driven Insights: Forecast turnover, analyze data, and create risk plans to meet targets.
- Budget & Contract Management: Oversee budgets, lead annual negotiations, and monitor progress.
- Market Analysis: Stay ahead of trends and maintain a deep understanding of the competitive landscape.
We Are Looking For
You’re entrepreneurial, creative, and adventurous, with a proven track record in sales and relationship management. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, are solutions-oriented, and have excellent communication and negotiation skills.
You’ll also bring:
- A commercial background with a history of delivering results.
- Experience building relationships both virtually and face-to-face.
