Key Responsibilities:
- Perform Planned Preventative Maintenance to optimize equipment performance.
- Ensure timely responses to maintenance needs.
- Collaborate with tradesmen, general operatives, and subcontractors.
- Report faults, damages, and defaults promptly.
- Accurately record maintenance checks and document all work carried out.
- Perform Pre-Start, hygiene, and safety checks as required.
- Adhere to company safety policies at all times.
Requirements:
- Experience in a construction and a maintenance is required.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Valid certifications in health and safety, such as Safe Pass, Manual Handling.
