Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Consulting Manager to join our Business and Digital Transformation (BDT) practice. This role offers the opportunity to lead high-impact transformation programmes, with a strong focus on operating model redesign, organisational design, and mobilisation of change initiatives for a diverse portfolio of clients. You will help organisations navigate complex strategic change, embed new ways of working, and deliver measurable business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the design and delivery of target operating models and organisational structures that align with client strategy and unlock future growth
Oversee end-to-end mobilisation of transformation programmes, including planning, governance, stakeholder engagement, and change management
Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, providing insight and guidance on organisational design, workforce planning, and cultural transformation
Drive project success by ensuring clear outcomes, quality delivery, and alignment to client objectives
Build and strengthen client relationships, identifying opportunities to expand engagements and supporting business development activities
Lead, coach, and develop consulting teams to deliver excellence, while fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture
Apply industry-leading tools and methodologies (e.g., OrgVue or similar) to develop data-driven insights and visualise organisational scenarios
Contribute to the growth of the Business and Digital Transformation practice by shaping methodologies, thought leadership, and market propositions
Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies, including AI, to bring innovative solutions and thinking to both clients and to drive change within Sia
Qualifications
5+ years of consulting or in-house transformation experience, with a strong focus on operating model and organisational design
Proven experience mobilising and delivering large-scale transformation programmes
Practical experience using organisational design tools such as OrgVue (or similar) to inform workforce and structure design
Deep understanding of organisational strategy, operational processes, and change management methodologies
Strong client relationship skills, with experience influencing and advising senior stakeholders (up to C-suite)
Demonstrated experience leading, mentoring, and developing project teams
Entrepreneurial mindset, with a track record of contributing to practice growth and thought leadership
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, able to translate complex challenges into actionable solution
Commercial mindset, with an eagerness to contribute to business growth and practice development
