Please note: This is a full-time, in-office role (Monday to Friday).
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Support:
- Assist in planning and scheduling marketing campaigns across social media, property websites, and email.
- Help create content for property listings, brochures, newsletters, and social platforms.
- Maintain the company website and ensure property listings are accurate and up to date.
- Coordinate photography, videography, and digital marketing materials for new listings.
Administrative Support:
Act as the first point of contact for client enquiries by phone and email.
- Schedule and confirm property viewings and appointments.
- Maintain organised records of listings, clients, and communications.
- Liaise with solicitors, BER assessors, surveyors, and other third-party service providers.
- Ensure compliance with PRSA regulations, AML obligations, and Data Protection policies.
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in an administrative, marketing, or office-based role.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Confident communicator with good written English and a professional phone manner.
- Creative flair for content creation and an interest in property marketing.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfortable learning new digital tools (e.g. Canva, Meta Business Suite).
- Full driver’s licence and access to a car (for occasional property-related tasks).
