Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Tasks:
- Support content updates and product merchandising on Shopify
- Write and upload blog content with SEO best practices
- Assist in planning and scheduling social media content
- Contribute to email marketing campaigns
- Conduct competitor research and assist with campaign performance tracking
- Help execute our summer sale promotion and track engagement
Sales Tasks:
- Assist with customer service across email, phone, and in-store enquiries
- Help manage online product queries and lead follow-ups
- Support the sales team with order processing
- Learn how to use product knowledge to guide customers toward the right pieces
- Collaborate on improving the customer journey, both online and offline
What We’re Looking For:
- A strong interest in sales, marketing
- Familiarity with Shopify is a strong plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Organised, proactive, and eager to learn
- Bonus: experience with Canva, Shopify or Meta Ads

Hours are as follows:
Part time and full time hours available.
Full time: 37.5 hours across Monday to Saturday with a choice of your preferred day off from Tuesday - Friday , No Sundays required.
Part time: 20 hours across Monday to Saturday.

Pay: €14.00-€15.00 per hour
