About the Role
Grand Graphic Design is looking for a part-time Marketing Assistant based in Longford to support our work with well-known national food brands. This is a client-facing role where you will represent our agency on-site, helping us deliver creative, hands-on marketing support.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit client sites in Longford on Tuesdays and Wednesdays
- Capture photo and video content of meals, signage, and activity
- Support promotional campaigns, poster drops, and branding events
- Relay updates, tasks, and content back to our office team
- Represent Grand Graphic Design in a professional and friendly way
What We're Looking For
- Excellent communication and people skills
- A positive, can-do attitude with strong attention to detail
- An interest in marketing, media, events, or content creation
- Reliable transport to get between client sites
- Ability to follow clear direction and meet weekly deadlines
Desirable (But Not Essential)
- Previous experience in marketing, events, or admin
- Confidence using a smartphone for photos or videos
- Experience with Adobe Suite
- Comfortable speaking with clients or small teams
