Alliance Medical are recruiting a Medical Administrator to join our team in our centre located in Wilton, Cork.
This role offers a Full-time, Permanent contract and the successful candidate will be required to work 37.5 hours per week.
Working week will be three long days and 1 Saturday every 4 weeks after training is complete. Prior to that it will be 4/5 day week for training purposes and start and finish times will vary.
This role will suit an individual who is enthusiastic and thrives in a fast-paced environment where accuracy is key. The successful candidate will be involved in confirming & scheduling radiology appointments, updating systems, making & receiving phone calls, being the first point of contact to the patients when they arrive to the centre & providing excellent customer service at all times.
