Membership Sales Consultant
Quest Fitness is seeking a dynamic Membership Sales Consultant to join our rapidly growing gym. The Membership Sales Consultant will play a key role in attracting and retaining members. Your primary responsibility is to sell gym memberships and promote services like personal training, classes, and wellness programs.
Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Calling or contacting leads from walk-ins, online inquiries, or referrals.
- B2B Lead Generation- Research and identify ideal B2B prospects.
- Tours & Consultations: Showing potential members around the gym, explaining benefits, services, and equipment.
- Membership Sales: Recommending and closing membership packages that suit the client’s goals and budget.
- Upselling Services: Promoting add-ons like personal training, nutrition coaching, group classes, or premium plans.
- Customer Service: Answering questions, resolving concerns, and helping with onboarding.
- Follow-Ups: Reaching out to prospects who didn’t immediately join or those whose memberships are expiring.
- Meeting Targets: Hitting daily, weekly, or monthly sales goals.
Skills Needed:
- 2 years of experience in sales
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, persistent, and organized
- Confidence and persuasive ability
- Basic fitness knowledge (to speak knowledgeably about services)
- Goal-oriented mindset
- CRM or sales software familiarity (helpful but not always required)

- Experience in digital marketing.
