Stocking leading international menswear brands Hugo Boss, Tommy Hilfiger, Ralph Lauren and many more. We are now looking for a motivated Sales Assistant to join our team.
Key Skills & Qualities:
- A passion for menswear, fashion, and customer care.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable, enthusiastic, and a team player.
- Previous retail experience is an advantage, but not essential (training provided).
Role Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring every customer has a positive shopping experience.
- Assist customers with styling advice, fittings, and product recommendations.
- Maintain shop floor presentation, ensuring stock is well displayed and replenished.
- Operate the till/EPOS system and handle transactions accurately.
- Support the team with deliveries, stock management, and general store duties.
