Job Overview:
Pat the Baker is seeking a reliable and self-motivated Merchandiser to maintain and present our range of bakery products in Supervalu, Kells, Co.Meath. This is a part-time role requiring early morning starts to ensure shelves are fully stocked and merchandised to a high standard before peak trading hours.
Key Responsibilities:
- Replenish and merchandise Pat the Baker products on shelves to ensure optimal availability and presentation.
- Rotate stock and monitor product dates to ensure freshness and quality.
- Remove and report any damaged or out-of-date products.
- Build strong relationships with store staff and management.
- Maintain a clean and organized display area.
- Provide feedback on stock levels and customer demand where necessary.
Requirements:
- Early morning availability (start time between 5:30 AM and 6:00 AM).
- Good attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Physically fit – role involves lifting and shelf-stocking.
- Previous retail or merchandising experience is an advantage, but not essential.
