About the role

As a Microsoft 365 Cloud Solution Architect, you will leverage your technical expertise to drive modern workplace transformation for our clients. This role combines customer support responsibilities with strategic solution design, deployment, and implementation of cutting-edge Microsoft 365 technologies.
In this role, you will:
- Deliver expert-level technical support to ensure reliability, security, and user adoption across the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
- Configure and optimise Microsoft 365 workloads, including Entra ID, Exchange Online, Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Defender, Microsoft Purview, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, Copilot Studio, Power BI and Power Platform.
- Design, deploy, and support collaboration and communication solutions such as Microsoft Teams Phone, Landis Contact Center, Teams Meetings, and certified devices.
- Plan and implement complex migration strategies from on-premises or other cloud platforms.
- Conduct detailed requirements gathering and translate business needs into technical architecture and design documentation.
- Lead technical discovery sessions and solution design workshops with stakeholders.
- Produce and maintain technical documentation, including HLDs, LLDs, implementation and support guides.
- Coordinate test phases and user acceptance processes with clients.
- Ensure smooth transition of completed projects to support teams, with clear knowledge transfer.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, clients, and vendors.
- Stay current with Microsoft 365 roadmap updates and emerging technologies to continually enhance client environments.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to internal knowledge-sharing initiatives.
Essential Qualifications:
- 5+ years’ experience in Microsoft 365 consulting and enterprise-level deployments.
- Proven track record in designing, implementing, and managing Microsoft 365 solutions.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business value and lead technical workshops.
- Relevant certifications such as:
- Microsoft 365 Certified: Administrator Expert
- Microsoft 365 Certified: Collaboration Communications Systems Engineer Associate
- Microsoft 365 Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate
- Microsoft 365 Certified: Teams Administrator Associate
- Microsoft 365 Certified: Teams Administrator Associate
- Microsoft Certified: Information Security Administrator Associate
- Microsoft Certified: Cybersecurity Architect Expert
- Additional Microsoft credentials (Azure, Microsoft Applied Skills) are a plus.
What will make you stand out:
- Experience migrating large-scale environments from on-premises PBX systems to Microsoft Teams Phone using Direct Routing.
- Hands-on expertise with Power Automate and Copilot Studio to automate workflows and develop intelligent agent flows across Microsoft 365.

Pay: From €70,000.00 per year
