About The Role
Schedule of the Role:
- Night Shifts - 12 Hour Shifts with every second weekend off
- 36/48 Hours per week
- Weekend days when requested
Rate per Hour:
- €17 - €17.50 + standard ERO rates for overtime, Sunday/bank holiday pay and service pay scale. Depending on experience.
Benefits:
- Company vehicle supplied.
- Overtime Pay and Sunday Rates of €3.44 per hour.
- Night allowance of €16.80.
- Employee discounts over a wide range of brands, service, hotels etc.
Role Responsibilities:
- Emergency Respond to alarm activations and breaches of security.
- Incident Reporting – Detailed digital reports with photos and time stamps using Company app.
- Conduct scheduled and random mobile patrols
- Provide courteous customer service and liaise with property management
- Work as part of a large team.
- Work closely with the Bidvest Noonan National Call Centre.
- Lock and unlock buildings on schedule.
- Identify and report potential risks
- Carry out vehicle check using Company app
- Maintain professional appearance and adhere to company uniform policy.
Key Requirements:
- 5 years verifiable history.
- A full clean driving licence.
- Strong observation and reporting skills.
- Ability to work Night Shifts and Weekends
- Punctual and reliable.
- Comfortable using smartphones and patrol software.
- Good knowledge of Dublin area.
- A valid PSA Licence.
- Minimum 6 months industry experience
- Attention to detail.
- The ability to work efficiently under pressure.
- Capability to write accurate reports.
- Capable of setting an example to static officers when carrying out site visits.
