Evergreen Montessori and Afterschool is a Montessori school based in Terenure Dublin 12 and was established in 2022. We are currently recruiting for a full time teacher to join our team. The position starts in Mid-September/ Early October 2025.

We are looking for someone kind, reliable and who will work well as part of our small, friendly team of dedicated teachers. This role is perfect for someone who would like more experience working in a Montessori school and someone who wants the freedom of their own class.
Job description:
A suitable candidate should:
- Hold a qualification/ have knowledge in the Montessori method of education (minimum QQI level 5)
- Have good knowledge and a commitment to best practice in all aspects of Early Childhood Care and Education (Aistear and Siolta, DES and TUSLA).
- Excellent communication skills for working with both colleagues and parents.
- Observing, guiding, supervising, and assessing children while they learn in the classroom environment.
- Initiative and the ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
- Work alongside team in supporting the school rota, allowing for staff break cover, school collections, extra circular activities and other any other reasonable request made by management.
- Must be Motivated, and a Team Player.
