We’re looking for someone who’s a strong graphic designer first and foremost, with a solid foundation in layout, typography, and visual hierarchy. But technical You should also bring a genuine interest in marketing, the kind of person who understands how great design supports social engagement, brand storytelling, and campaign performance.
This role is ideal for someone looking to expand their experience and feel ready at junior to mid-weight level who’s ready to take ownership of projects, contribute ideas, and build their career. You’ll be expected to think, plan, design, and publish, especially across digital platforms, with a balance of creativity and commercial awareness.
It’s varied, fast-paced, and hands-on. You’ll be working across digital and print, but with a strong lean towards social media and web design.

This role is open to all applicants living in Ireland only, as travel for client meetings or content capture days across the country is required.
Responsibilities:
- Design and edit visual content for digital, print, email, and social media platforms
- Confidently ideate and execute social media content, organic and paid, that performs. This is everything from the post idea, to post copy and visual execution.
- Work within brand guidelines to deliver clean, creative, and commercially effective design
- Set up artwork for professional print production
- Design of web pages with clean, user-friendly layouts
- Create and refine visuals using Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Figma or similar
- Collaborate on the design of email campaigns and newsletters
- Juggle multiple projects and deadlines while keeping quality high
- Present your ideas to the team and clients clearly and confidently
Skills & Experience:
- A degree in Visual Communications/Graphic Design
- 2 years plus experience in a design or marketing role
- Solid skills in InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Figma, or similar web design tool
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
- A sharp eye for layout, typography, and visual hierarchy
- Understanding of digital content formats and social media best practices
- Strong communication skills and the ability to take feedback professionally
- A collaborative attitude and ability to work independently
Desirable but not essential:
- Experience with Adobe After Effects or motion graphics tools
- B2B Marketing experience.
