- Provide best-in-class service to SME clients across all commercial insurance products.

- Build and maintain knowledge across multiple commercial insurance products and systems.
- Manage your workload effectively, ensuring client requests and call backs are handled promptly.
- Develop and test innovative sales strategies to help grow the brokerage's profile and brand.
- Work with colleagues and stakeholders to achieve business objectives.
- Resolve client enquiries with professionalism, enhancing the company's reputation.
- 2 year experience in Personal Insurance & seeking to move into a New Business Commercial
- Knowledge of insurance software (Relay / Open GI is an advantage).
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- A proactive, self-motivated, and goal-oriented mindset.
- Ability to create tailored insurance solutions for SME clients.
- A genuine passion for sales and delivering excellent customer service.
