The Moxy Dublin Hotel (part of the MHL Hotel Collection & Marriott) currently have a fantastic opportunity for a Full Time Night Auditor to join their Front Office team.
General duties will include:
- Greeting & assisting guests in a warm and friendly manner
- Answering queries and making arrangements for guests, relating to transportation, restaurant reservations, interesting places to visit, cultural events, childcare, shopping, and any other needs.
- Inspect all public areas and supervise the maintenance and cleanliness of same.
- Oversee the night audit process to ensure complete accuracy
- Perform all functions of front office receptionist and concierge
- Assist with check ins and check outs
- Balancing Reports
