We are now in the recruiting for a Full Time Night Auditor
Duties & responsibilities
- The main duties of the position is to manage the entire hotel operation during the overnight shift
- Organise, prepare, and reconcile end of day financial figures
- Run the Night Audit in the PMS system
- Maintain telephone etiquette
- Use and Knowledge of the hotel property management system
- To respond to a wide variety of guest requests by accurately assessing the guest's needs, and adding any personal recommendations and touches to achieve maximum guest satisfaction
- Complete the departmental checklists on daily basis.
- Help with the cleaning of the hotel and makes sure all areas are cleaned to the hotel standard
- Assist night porter with set up with conference rooms as required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: €13.50-€14.79 per hour
