Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee reception duties, including guest check-in/out and night audit
- Ensure safety and cleanliness across the hotel through regular checks
- Assist with late-night bar service, room service, and basic food prep
- Set up and maintain conference rooms and public areas
- Respond to guest needs with professionalism and care
- Report maintenance issues and manage lost property

Valet park cars when required
- 1+ year experience in a similar role
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Experience handling guest queries and late-night operations

Full clean driving licence (desirable)
