Lough Rynn Castle is seeking a dedicated and professional Night Supervisor to join our award-winning team.
About the Role:
As Night Supervisor, you will oversee the smooth and efficient running of the hotel during night hours, ensuring the safety, security, and comfort of our guests. You will be responsible for managing overnight operations, assisting guests with late check-ins or requests, and ensuring high standards of service are maintained throughout the night.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise night staff and ensure excellent guest service at all times.
- Handle guest queries, late arrivals, and early departures.
- Oversee hotel security, health & safety, and emergency procedures.
- Conduct nightly audits and prepare handovers for day management.
- Maintain the standards and reputation of Lough Rynn Castle.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Previous experience in a hotel supervisory role (night audit/supervision desirable).
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and make quick, effective decisions.
- Professional, reliable, and guest-focused.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
