Capital Water Systems Ltd is a family run company that operates in the environmental flow survey sector, based in Roscommon Town it continues to grow and expand.
Due to this continued expansion it now has a new position available of Office Administrator to work alongside its existing team members.
The role will primarily be based in our offices in Roscommon but we are open to a hybrid model of office based and working from home. We are also flexible regarding start and finish times and envisage the weekly hours to range from 30 – 35 hours a week.
The role will involve review and organizing of information collected on projects for issuing to clients. Information preparation for reporting team review and quality control information collected as part of projects. Setting up and maintaining projects on company software.
The successful candidate will need to be very organized with a high attention to detail, while full training will be provided a working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite particularly Excel and Word would be advantageous. A knowledge of Adobe and Google Sheets would also be useful.
